This lesser known trail in Serpentine National Park is a challenging 6km hike for those just getting into hiking with a little bit of fitness already. It begins with a moderately steep 2km, before flattening out along the top before approaching the lookout. expect to see beautiful jarrah forest, and amazing views over the valley and of course the best views from above of the Serpentine Falls. Pack some snacks to enjoy at the top.

Toilets available at your start point.
All national park fees are payable upon arrival.
This is $15 per vehicle or free if you have a parks pass.
We recommend carpooling or purchasing a parks pass if you enter a National Park multiple times per year.
There is ample parking and check in will be next to the main carpark.
This hike is considered grade 3. It is a challenging incline for the first 2km, and brings tricky grounding, providing little grip. A great opportunity to push your limits with a summit climb close to Perth. It is recommended for people with moderate fitness levels. Trails have short steep hills, rough surfaces, and sections of uneven ground.
No-shows and cancellations received within 48 hours of hike departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Cancellations within 2-7 days prior will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received over 7 days in advance will receive a full refund or credit towards another hike experience. Please note that Rezdy fees are non refundable. Guests can transfer their booking to a friend with no penalty but must advise The Hike Collective so we can forward all booking information to the new attendee.

If The Hike Collective cancels an event due to weather or danger in any way, your ticket will automatically be moved to the new date, or you will be eligible to transfer amounts paid to another tour or receive a full refund.
Whilst we are working with our team and guests to ensure the safety and health of all of those we come into contact with, it is your responsibility to follow the government guidelines relating to COVID-19. If you are unwell, please do not attend your tour.
