As the sun tucks behind the trees in the late afternoon in Perth, we invite you to join us on the Bibbulmun Track in the Perth Hills to explore the magic of the iconic Western Australian hiking trail at twilight. Start your beginner-friendly 6 km guided hike at the iconic Mundaring Weir, discovering the rich stories of the golden pipeline, heading into the forest of Beelu National Park before reaching the Golden View Lookout. Immerse yourself in mindful rest on the rocky outcrops at golden hour, and sip on delicious ‘naked’ cocktails before using the light of the moon (and head torches) to navigate the journey back.
Join us as we head out on a special 6km hike loop along a highlight section of the famous Bibbulmun track. We will head across the Mundaring weir, up the Bibbulmun Track to the beautiful rocky outcrops of what locals call "South Ledge" for a morning rest to take in the views, before heading back to Mundaring Weir. Hear stories of the early days of the polarising development of the Goldfields pipeline, and the history of the Bibbulmun track.
