Tour Overview

Celebrate the year with our annual Rottnest Island Christmas Hike.  This not-to-be-missed experience brings together our community from the year for exploration and adventure, Island style. We will begin the day on Rottnest with a smoking and sand ceremony to cleanse and protect, by Whadjuk Noongar Elder Neville Collard.  Then the adventures begin along the southern edge to explore hidden beaches, and historical stories of wartime.

We finish our hiking tour back at the main settlement to continue your island explorations.

How long will you hike?  Choose between a 6km with island bus return,  and a 12km option, and relax on the island for the remainder of the day, while you sip cocktails, or take a dip in the big blue! Once the hike is finished, the day is yours!
