As the sun tucks behind the trees in the late afternoon of another beautiful summers day in Perth, we invite you to join us on the Bibbulmun Track in Mundaring to explore the magic of the trail at nightfall. Start our 6km hike at the iconic Mundaring Weir, discovering the rich history of CY O’Connor and the golden pipeline, heading into the forrest of Beelu National Park before reaching the Golden View Lookout.  Immerse yourself in mindful rest for a micro meditation on the rocky outcrops at golden hour before indulging in a sensational spread of grazing delights to watch nightfall.

The return journey begins as you enjoy a different side of the Bibbulmun Track as you are guided by moonlight back to Mundaring Weir.

BIBBULMUN TRACK

Join us as we head out on a special 6km hike loop along a highlight section of the famous Bibbulmun track. We will head across the Mundaring weir, up the Bibbulmun Track to the beautiful rocky outcrops of what locals call "South Ledge" for a morning rest to take in the views, before heading back to Mundaring Weir. Hear stories of the early days of the polarising development of the Goldfields pipeline, and the history of the Bibbulmun track.

AMENITIES
Toilets available at your start point and half way stop.
ENTRY FEES TO NATIONAL PARK
There are no National Park fees applicable.
CARPARK
Please park at the Mundaring Art Gallery opposite the Mundaring Weir Hotel for the start of the hike, with ample parking on the gravel carpark.
HIKE GRADING
This hike is considered a grade two and is achievable by children and all ages. It is recommended for those with a basic level of fitness. This trail heads gradually uphill until the half way point before returning along the same trail.
CANCELLATION POLICY
No-shows and cancellations received within 48 hours of hike departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Cancellations within 2-7 days prior will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received over 7 days in advance will receive a full refund or credit towards another hike experience. Please note that Rezdy fees are non refundable. Guests can transfer their booking to a friend with no penalty but must advise The Hike Collective so we can forward all booking information to the new attendee.

If The Hike Collective cancels an event due to weather or danger in any way, your ticket will automatically be moved to the new date, or you will be eligible to transfer amounts paid to another tour or receive a full refund.
