Tour Overview

Explore the true delight of John Forrest National Park’s lesser-explored Eagle View Trail and the pristine habitats on this 15 km eco-adventure. With snaking trails and short bursts of rocky inclines, this hike will guide you through the valley, gradually climbing high from the valley floor to witness the magic of the vistas at Eagle View lookout.

The National Park is one of Australia’s oldest conservation areas and Western Australia’s first national park.  Enjoy magnificent views over the city, the rush of water on one of the multiple waterfalls during winter, and the secret history of the tunnel, ‘fairy villages’, and ‘swimming pool’ of the early 1900’s. There’s plenty of wildlife to observe including many native birds, kangaroos, and bandicoots, while the wildflowers colour the landscape in the springtime.

Part of our Adventurers Range, this tour is advanced and provides a physical challenge for those experienced on trails. Looking for a little version of this to get started?  Try the 8km little brother, and Explore the little Eagle View Here.
