KatieH882024-12-15 Yoga and a leisurely explore I did the yoga in the cave and then the leisurely hike through Yanchep national park. It was really nice to learn about the area. We had a group size of 24. TourismTab_12024-12-09 Six Seasons - Birak Bidi This is a truly Australian bush experience as the days become hotter, the landscape turns sager and drier, but the dappled light of the sun pushing through the gums and banksias offers a golden glow and a quiet easterly breeze.Kangaroos with joeys were a welcome sight, as were galahs and a goldfinch amid the last of the remaining wildflowers endemic to the area. The sound of gravel underfoot and the craw of cockatoos offer a natural backtrack. During the Hike Collective's signature mindful moment, I watched ants scurry along their merry way, as I sat atop a jarrah stump, grateful for the people who made the decision to stop logging this forest, and let it heal. Regeneration takes many years, but hopefully we've caught it in time for future generations to have it back as it once was. Full of birds and bees and things that bound, slither and scurry. This is no lush Queensland rainforest or Tasmanian musty moss-covered canyon; this is the West Australian bush. And like all those that come to experience it, it has its own unique kind of beauty and its own stories. An easy two-hour walk to clear the mental cobwebs. Lovely walk through the rainforest, beautiful yoga session, delicious juice and fun walk through seeing lots of cute and cheeky animals. theb0ydfamily2024-11-12 Something different! Me and a couple of friends thought we would do the Cave yoga and hike. The cave was really something special with a long interesting history which Crystal informed us of. I wish the class had of been a little more yoga ( Cara our instructor was great) and less meditation but it was still enjoyable. The hike was more of a walk around the grounds but again, loads of historic stories were told to us. All in all it was a very enjoyable experience that everyone should do at least once in their lives!
