Kings Park at 7am belongs to a different city than the one most people know. The light is low and directional. The banksia is doing something extraordinary. Below you, Perth is just starting. It’s one of the great green places on earth and most people walk past it on their way to a conference room.
This is a morning that changes that.
The NetWalk is a hosted net-walk through Kings Park designed for tourism and tourism-adjacent professionals who want to connect with their industry and with themselves before the workday begins. You’ll move through the botanicals and beyond, uncovering beautiful secrets and sharing conversations amongst the footprints and friendly faces.
We finish at the Café, so stay for a coffee if you can.
The walk covers around 3km of paved path that is accessible, unhurried, and open to all fitness levels. Conversation and facilitation is gently woven through the morning, so you leave having spoken properly with people you may never have crossed paths with otherwise. By 9:30am you’re back at your desk, having done something genuinely good for yourself before the day asked anything of you.
Operators, DMCs, suppliers, hoteliers, marketers, founders, and anyone working in or alongside WA’s visitor economy. You don’t need to know anyone. That’s the point!

It felt like the city melted away the moment we started walking. Our host somehow knew exactly when to talk and when to just let the silence do the work. The coffee at the end was the perfect chance to chat further before starting the workday
I’ve lived in Perth my whole life and still can’t believe how many hidden trails and viewpoints I’d never seen before. It felt like being let in on a local secret. Slow, unhurried, and completely personal.
This experience reminded me why I love being outside. The movement, the stories, the laughter. Everything was so effortless. By the time we were sharing our platter overlooking the skyline, it felt like I’d been away for days.
